    Santa woke up in the midst of the night
    From a nightmare of mincepies and milk
    So he went to his shelves
    Trying to hide from the Elves,
    That he was getting up for a bite
    (What in pyjamas of fur and red silk?)

    A bather whose clothing was strewed

    By breezes that left her quite nude

    Saw a man come along

    And unless I am wrong

    You expected this line to be lewd



    There once was a lady named Mabel

    So ready, so willing, so able

    And so full of spice

    She could name her own price

    Now Mabel's dressed in diamonds and sable.



    There once was a lady named Betty

    Who loved red sauce and spaghetti

    She went to the Alps

    Looking for scalps

    And ended up marrying a Yeti.
