It was an exciting night for TV programs,
but sob, sob, my favourite couple didn't win the trophy on DWTS.
I was so hoping Chelsea and Mark would be the winners but they came third. All three finalist gave amazing performances and deserve much credit. It takes hard work and dedication to compete on that show. Now that it is over for this season I will miss it on Monday and Tuesday evenings.

Last night was the final show of American Idol for this season, with Scotty McCreery being the winner and another great young talent, Lauren Alaina, coming second. I liked them both very much and wish them much success in the music business.
It was an exciting program with lots of guest entertainers and all the top 13 contestants performed.

I was hoping for Chelsea and Mark to be the winners on DWTS as well. They really were the best dancers!
Last night's Idol finale was absolutely fantasic! Definetly the best ever! I'm so happy for Scottie and I would have been happy for Lauren as well, because they were both great! They are such beautiful teenagers and their parents seem so great as well. They look like one big family and I think that they will always remain good friends. Who knows....maybe they'll be our future "Faith Hill and Tim McGraw" LOL

Well, I was able to watch one episode American Idol last week. Not sure what night that was but Lauren had her fall. They were both good and maybe because I didn't watch it from the beginning, I couldn't pick the winner. Will be interesting to see how far he goes.

Ig...I think that she made that comment because she and Scottie have been very close from the very beginning. They are both young...clean cut.. and of similar age, both Christians, both Country music enthusiasts ...and they seem to have hit it off. Even their parents seem so similar to me, that sometimes, I forgot...whose parents were whose! 
I just love the two of them and I wish them every good thing that their future has to offer them.
