    Hi Willows, I am watching American Idol. They are pared down to some very talented
    young people. I really enjoyed Heejun, he had a fun personality and I was sorry to see him go.

    My favourites are Colton and Skylar, both are so energetic, always smiling and have
    marvellous voices.

    Came back to say how much I enjoyed seeing Scotty McCreery as a guest
    on American Idol Thursday evening. He sang Water Tower Town, I hadn't
    heard it before and liked the song very much.

    My thoughts exactly Oceanna! I loved Heejun! He was just a dear gem but he really couldn't compete with some of the other great voices....and again I agree....I love Skylar and Colton and their personalities and their stage presence as well as they're being such sweet and genuine young people.

    Elise has a wonderful and unique voice and there's something so naive and familiar about her.. Love her as well! Others are beautiful singers but I don't feel a connection with them. Isn't it something that one can become connected to people in that way....even if it is on the TV screen.

    I also watch American Idol. I wonder who really will win this yr. I'm rooting for Phillip Phillips.

    Hi IowaK,
    I was very disappointed when Colton Dixon was eliminated, he was a favourite of mine from the first.
    I like Skylar Laine and Phil Phillips but I feel the judges are partial to Joshua and Jessica.
    I don't know if their preferences influence the voting public or not.
    Not many weeks left before we know who wins.

    American Idol is coming to an end for this season.......
    and the top three are....

    Joshua
    Jessica
    Phillip

    I still don't quite know where I'm at with these three very talented finalalists!

    How does one choose amongst such different talents?!!!

    With all of their talent...I have a special place in my heart for Phillip...but Joshua and Jessica are the greater talents.

    I wish them all a brilliant future!

    You are so right Willows. I like Phillip very much because he is so unassuming and modest about his talent. If he has a successful career, and I'm sure he will, it will never go to his head. He has his feet planted squarely on the ground.

    One thing I wonder about, why of why did his mother name him Phillip when his surname is Phillips??? Laughing

    I was sad when Colton and Skylar were eliminated and I hope they do well.

    Tomorrow is the final night for American Idol.
    Only two contestants left, Jessica and Phillip.

    It will be interesting to see who will win and I have no idea, so will be watching with anticipation on Wednesday evening.
