    This is one of the longest, coldest Winters in a while.   Lots of snow, the latest amount fell yesterday into last night.  Can not do much outside so I am getting my seeds ready.   Will be starting my peppers in foam cups this year.  Might be easier to just tear the foam away than trying to get them out of those little plastic cells.

    I had great luck with the peppers I planted last year.  Bell, 3 different kinds of hot, and mini bells.  Everyone who visited took some minis and also enjoyed them fresh off the trees.

    I have never had so many apples before.  I still have lots and is considering using some in baking -- crisps and cakes.

    I am watching the flyers for seed sales because the stuff in the catalogues are just getting too expensive.  How about you?  What are you doing this time of year?

    Yes it is that time again and I have my hot peppers growing. Some are about 2" high others haven't moved any in the past week. I have to start them early or they don't get the chance to produce anything. Bell peppers do a little better. Love my hot peppers.
