    Use Sw. Potatoes or your favourite potatoes..
    Slice.. with skin on or off..

    Add some onion.. quarters or slices
    whatever.. add Zucchini if you wish

    Chili powder if desired and just Bake..

    have for dinner with a salad ..

    Dressing: can be Chili sauce
    or yogurt/sourcream.. with curry.. if you like spice.. or dill .. or whatever

    veryyy good.
