I am willing to try anything and I have tried tofu. Sorry Durgan, I didn't like it. I think I would like the beans when they are young, serving them with a little butter like peas.

It is just food, eaten for its nutritional value. Actually tofu can be improved for ingesting if some chunks are browned a bit with butter in the frying pan. A dish on the table browned is sort of appealing.
