Most of the time when I bake, I do big batch baking. That way I do it maybe once a month. I know of others who do it all in the Fall and have a freezer just for all the baked stuff.
Today was one of those days where I did a batch of stuff. 3 Hours at least. On the agenda were carrot loaf, banana loaf and apple loaf.
I tell you, when I was done, I had completely different stuff than what the recipe called for. LOL
The banana loaves (2) were unchanged. The carrot loaf became a Carrot Sweet potato cake and the apple loaf became an apple-cranberry loaf. A recipe usually is always changed in my kitchen. Now I will go get a sample. Oooooo!!! Smell so good. Be back later.
