More RAIN and strong wind, mild with a temp of 9 celsius.

It's a good thing our house in on a little knoll or we would be flooded. Very Happy

If we lose power at least it's not cold.

Sunny today but with a cold wind.

Tomorrow we are in for a day of rain, freezing rain and then turning to flurries.
So glad I did the shopping and errands this morning.

Today we are having more rain, where does it all come from and when will it end for awhile? Blue:(

I find it depressing, it's January for heaven's sake, we are supposed to have
cold winter weather.

Dramatic change in weather from yesterday. Very cold and windy. The mild temps of yesterday brought rain amd melted most of the snow. We now have an icy layer and some snow expected.

The ground is bare and brown,
No snow to be found.

Maybe Alaska got our share of snow for the first 10 days of January. It is strange weather, cold one day and mild the next.

That is a great weather report Windwalker!
I can't report that good but this morning it was -14 celsuis, with light wind. This after noon the temp is up to -11 and it's sunny.

It was a present from teh wife oceanna, she's a Doll. It is a weather station here at the house that has all the instruments outside on a 40 foot pole. It sends me those reports to my email about every 2 hours. I have enjoyed it.

Today we are at
60F possible rain
no wind to speak of.

Yesterday afternoon and evening we got about 5 inches of snow. It really looks like January outside now.
The temperature is now -6 celsius. Earlier it was - 11 so it's warming up. : )

Windwalker, I enjoy reading you detailed weather reports. They are interesting.

Our weather today is mild and raining!!!

Needless to say I am tired of all the rain. It's the winter season but we only get a day or two of cold weather and then back to rain.

This morning we are waiting for the storm to begin. It has already started in the western end of the province so we should see snow at any time.
Later it's forecast to turn to ice pellets, freezing rain and then plain rain.
What a messy day and a good time to stay home and be off the roads.
Schools have been cancelled in several districts.

We are having our fifth day without sunshine. Trees and shrubs are covered in ice with topping of snow. Yesterday we got up to icy conditions again and rain. By evening we were having snow flurries. It is white today with just enough snow to cover the ice. It is currently 6*C.
