    Apple and strawberry were made into juice. It is a convenient method of utilizing any extra strawberries. Both were covered with water and cooked for about 20 minutes until soft, then beat into a slurry and strained. The juice, not for immediate use, was pressure canned at 15 PSI for 15 minutes. The photos depict the details.

    Too many strawberries to eat fresh so they were juiced with some purchased apples. The annotated pictures depict the process.
