1. Take a 10 - 30 minute walk each day and smile while you walk. :)
2. Sit in silence for 10 minutes a day.
3. Sleep 7 hours.
4. Live with 3 E's, Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy.
5. Play more games.
6. Read more books than you did in 2009 :study:
7. Drink plenty of water.
8. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and less foods manufactured in plants.
9. Eat breakfast like a King, lunch like a Prince and dinner like a beggar.
10. Make time to practice meditation and prayer, they provide us with fuel for our busy lives.
