Love your gray hair!

Things are a little different now than they were when I was growing up. The graying generation is now a significant proportion of the population, with significant buying power. And while we could use that power to buy hair-coloring products, many women of my acquaintance are letting their gray hair show. In fact, two of the most vibrant and beautiful women I know have manes of silver-gray hair, of which they are justly proud. I look at them and think, “If this is what fifty-something and sixty-something look like, that’s fabulous!”

(Should women dye their gray hair or keep it natural and love it?)

My hair has yet to go Gray. My wife told everyone she thought I kept a bottle of Grecian Formula in my desk at work. Now long retired, she thinks I have a bottle of it hidden in the house and my graying beard tells the truth

I've used so many different hair colors over the years that I'm not sure what my hair color is anymore! lol!

As a child...it was blonde...and then it was a light brown...and from there on in...it lost it's identity! Laughing

Today...I know danged well that it is grey because if I don't renew the color...I am reassured of that! I do my hair "dyes" by myself mostly, but during the summer months, I usually have a hairdresser do it and add some highlights and lowlights. All of that is very gruelling on one's hair and so I try not to do that very often.

Some complexions can accomodate grey hair, while others look drawn and old/aged. I need some color to bring my complexion to life and I prefer not to look old and drawn and so....hmmmm...I treat myself to a "dye-job"! lol!
