    The International Plowing Match is currently being held in the little known hamlet of Chut-A-Blondeau Ontario

    Attendance is a "MUST" for political leaders as an opportunity for publicity photos that might advance their recognition.

    Several years ago, then French Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chretian attended the event at similar obscure location in Ontario.

    When he arrived he was wearing a Fox Hat, green tie, red shirt and blue trousers.

    When asked by reporters why he was dressed like that he replied.

    "Well da green tie represent da forest of Can-a-da.
    Da red shirt represnt the da flag of Can-a-da.
    An da blue pants represent how da country stretch from Sea to Sea.

    When asked about the Fox Hat,he replied,

    "When I wuz gett'ng dress,my wife ask me.Where you going?
    I tell her and she say" WHERE DA FOCS ZAT.!!
