    The 13th season of Dancing With the Stars airs on September 19th.
    The cast includes actors, athletes and TV personalities.

    Here is the list: Basket ball star Ron Artest, soccer player
    Hope Solo, reality stars Robert Kardashian, Kristin Cavallari
    and Chaz Bono.
    TV personalities Nancy Grace, Carson Kressley and Ricki Lake.
    Singer-actress Chynna Phillips; actors David Arquette and J.R.
    Martinez and Italian actress Elisabetta Canalis, ex girlfriend
    of George Clooney.


    I am not familiar with some of them and a little disappointed
    with the lineup. I'd rather see George Clooney than his
    ex-girlfriend. Laughing

    I think that there are some interesting characters here Oceanna!

    eg....Carson Kressley...Nancy Grace....Chaz Bono.....Ricki Lake.....David Arquette.....

    I don't know the others....but it seems like avery unusual mix! Can't wait for it to begin!

    Lots of controversy about Chaz in DWT!! I wish HIM luck! This will be an interesting season, I think! I'm looking forward to it.

    The 13th season of DWTS was on last night. It was an interesting
    show. Too early for me to decide on a favourite and tonight one
    contestant will be eliminated. I have no idea who it will be.

    Thumbs up to Carson (what a hoot!) and a couple of the gals as well as to Chaz (Good job!!)

    I missed the elimination...but I thought that Nancy Grace was one to go.

    It will be an unusual season...don't you think...Oceanna? What do the rest of our DWTS fans think???

    Yes Willows, this season there is a very diverse lot of contestants.
    It was basketball star Ron Artest who was eliminated after just one dance.
    It made me think that it might be good if they had a chance to dance twice
    before someone is eliminated.
    Artest, who recently changed his name to Metta World Peace, or something like that,
    and Nancy Grace were the bottom two and Nancy was saved at least for one more week.

    By next week I may have a favourite. Laughing

    There was a surprising elimination last night with Italian actress Elisabetta Canalis
    voted off. She danced well and had the third highest score but perhaps because she is
    not well known the votes just weren't there. Too bad because she danced better than some
    of the others.
    Ricki Lake and Derek took the top score with Kristin Cavallari and Mark, and J.R. Martinez and Anna tied for second place.

    I'm looking forward to the shows next week.

    Last night's elimination was a shock to me.
    Kristin Cavallari and Mark were voted off after getting good scores
    from the judges on Monday night. I thought they would certainly be in
    the semi-finals as Kristin did well and seemed a natural at dancing.

    Three others with lower scores remain and any of the them could have gone
    in my opinion. Perhaps it's time for the judges to pick the winner, going
    solely on who really is the best dancer.
