This vocalist is fantastic and has not been celebrated enough!!
A song that he sang, which I just love, because it brings memories of my favorite Uncle to me, is ...."Casy's Last Ride"...and I have yet to find it so that I can post it here. If anyone does find it...please post it and it will truly warm my heart! (I've found this song by other artists...but it the one that's sung by Hoyt Axton, that I'm looking for).
This is "Casey's Last Ride" by Kris Kristofferson.....but Hoyt Axton's version is so much better! Kris wrote it..I believe.

So do I WuzFuz...have an eclectic taste in music !!! I enjoy every genre` except Rap and Heavy Metal! Right now I'm listening to "light" jazz. I love the "blues"...light rock...oldies from the 40's and 50's and from there on....there is no limit to the music that I adore! Symphonies and operas and all of the great Tenors...etc........I love em' all!....but my passion is Country Music and more than ever ...the pre-80's stuff!
