    Today I was in town and decided to get some fabric to make a table cloth. My BIL made me a table top that is 60" and a lazy susan to fit in the center.

    I haven't a table cloth or pad that fits so I had to buy the materials to make both. The only tablecloth fabric I could get that was close was 180cm and not much of a colour choice. Just 4 to pick from, a light beige, a yellowy beige (which I got because it was a little darker than the light beige), brown and black.

    I also made an artificial arrangement for my front entrance and I will make one for that kitchen table tomorrow. Forgot to get some baby's breath to soften it a little. Will post two pictures for you to see but I am not finished yet.

    The picture of the table was taken at night and someone told me it was yellow and looked just right with my yellow walls. Neither is yellow, I said. So here is a picture of it in daylight. A truer colour of my wall and the cloth.

    This is the arrangement for it, which is similar to the other one, because I had enough silk roses to do it.

    {Will have to add that image later as Imagevenue is hesitating to give me a link.)

    I need to find my doilies asap. Unpacking some boxes may be of help otherwise I will have to make some, again.
